| Since all our pieces are made-to-order, we follow a strict no-cancellation policy. In case of any unforeseen circumstances that the order needs to be cancelled, we would request you to drop us an email with your order number and the reason for cancellation. If your cancellation does get approved, then the amount for the same will be credited back to you in the form of a gift card which can be used towards any future purchases made through our website. Please note: if you plan to cancel your order, we request you to notify us within the first 24 hours of placing the order. Any cancellations made post 24 hours will be deemed ineligible. |
